Size & Paper Options:

Sizes:  Start with a width as small as 2” or 3” and we can wrap around your box with paper up to 40” long.  You’ll need to measure all 4 sides of your box in order to determine the best size for your belly band, packaging sleeve.

Stocks: Everything from 100# text stocks up to 17.5 pt extra heavy cardstock.  We even have Epic Black 100# Classic Crest Cover that can be printed with white ink. Have you ever seen full color images on solid black stock?  We also have reds, blues, gray and brown cover stocks available if you have a little extra time.

The Process of Printing a Package Sleeve:

The digital printing process for product sleeve printing is really very straightforward. The page size is set, the paper is loaded and the job completes rather quickly. After printing the sleeves go into the bindery for scoring, final trimming and if requested, double side tape is added to finish off the process.  Digital printing allows for ultra low run quantities, even as few as 1 or 2.

If there is a need for higher quantities of custom packaging sleeves, digital printing is still a good choice for runs up to 1,000 pieces. Projects with larger quantities can be run on our offset equipment again with sizes accommodating 40” lengths.
