Printing Forms is necessary for many businesses. NCR (No Carbon Required), also known as carbonless forms, work great for any business with a forms need. As the name suggests, NCR forms have eliminated the need for carbon paper between sheets to create multiple copies of the same form.
Printing NCR Forms at our plant is a cost-effective way for your business to obtain what you need. The more you print, the more cost effective your job will be. Numbering, special perforating, margin wording and wrap around covers are also available. SLB Printing prints NCR forms in quantities from 250 sets to over 1 MILLION sets on our offset presses. We are one of a very few manufactures to offer integrated labels with our continuous or snap form set NRC form print jobs.

Our form printing services are handled with our digital presses for short runs with a quick turnaround and our offset presses to help cut costs on larger runs. NCR forms can be printed in black and white or full color when run digital or offset and pms spot colors when run offset. Standard sizes for NCR forms are half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), full page (8.5″ x 11″), legal (8.5″ x 14″) and tabloid size (11″ x 17″). Custom sizes can be ordered to meet your specific needs.
NCR forms can be edge glued and padded, made into snap sets, continuous tractor fed or bound into books with wrap around covers. Our integrated label options are great for packing slips and order forms. Carbonless forms have pages arranged by standard sheet color order. The number of sheets can be adjusted to meet your needs.
Check out our YouTube Channel for more information on setting up files when printing forms. We know how tricky it can be to design a print ready file. When submitting your file to our pre-press staff, full color pages should be in CMYK format, images should be at least 300dpi, and should have a minimum 1/8″ bleed (see videos).
Standard Production: Edge glued NCR forms, made in any of our standard sizes and page color sequence, are produced in 3 to 5 work days. Call for a production estimate for custom sizes, continuous, snap set and integrated labels. Generally, custom orders can be finished in 10 to 15 work days or less.
Same Day Production: When available on Short Run jobs, press ready artwork received and approved by 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up by 4 p.m. the same day. All short run jobs ready to print after 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up the next work day by 4 p.m.
RUSH production: When available on Short Run jobs, press ready artwork received and approved in the store can be ready in 3 to 5 hours. (rush charges applicable)
