When submitting your file to our pre-press staff, full color pages should be in cmyk format, images should be at least 300dpi, and should have a minimum 1/8″ bleed (see videos).

A flat, printed magnet can be made in almost any size and shape. This means that printed magnets can be used for a variety of promotional items. Paper Type

We print on white vinyl label stock with permanent adhesive, then mount the label onto our 20 mil magnet material. Gloss or matte lamination can be added as needed for longer life or a specific look.

Available for pick up before 4:30 p.m. daily.

Turnaround

Standard Production: Short run Magnets up to 24″ wide that do not require contour cutting are made in 24 hours. Longer production runs are completed in 4-6 work days.

Same Day Production: When available on short run magnet orders, press ready artwork received and approved by 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up by 4 p.m. the same day. All short run jobs ready to print after 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up the next work day by 4 p.m.

RUSH production: When available, press ready artwork received and approved in the store can be ready in 3 to 5 hours. (rush charges applicable)
