Same Day Label Printing

One of our hottest capabilities being requested these days is short run, die cut label printing.  So like everything else at SLB Printing, we found a way to make same day label printing a reality for our clients.  Short runs of 50 to 2,000 labels in various shapes and sizes are now being accomplished on a rush basis in as little as 6 hours (standard turn around is 2 to 3 days). All it takes is a press ready PDF file that is sized properly with color in CMYK format and SLB Printing will make same day label printing a reality for you too.

Print and Finishing Options?

Yes!  We have several label material and lamination options. Got a special shape you need? Just give us a die line along with your press ready pdf file and we can contour cut some very intricate shapes. However, we’ve found that the more intricate the label is, the more difficult it will be for you to apply by hand.  Even with transfer tape to help, some shapes are just going to be a challenge so make sure to plan your job and the shape of your label accordingly.  Other simpler shapes that we offer are ovals, rectangles, circles and square labels in just about any size. Our wide format printer takes care of the really big labels up to 54″ wide and our digital presses are handling the smaller jobs up to 11″ x 15″.  Another choice we offer is either square or rounded corners for the finished job. The material options include a matte white vinyl, semi-gloss paper and uncoated paper.  The matte white vinyl with gloss or matte lamination works best for water resistant needs like water bottles or other types of containers. It’s also the material we use when a special shape is required. The semi-gloss and uncoated paper label are less expensive choices but should not be used for applications that involve liquids or cold storage.
